My smith cuts a relief on the barrel, so i either lose a good factory barrel or pay to have it set back. If i buy these two barrels, can the barrels be simply swapped out, or is any gunsmithing required?

The barrel was toast, so that was the easiest way. Tikka definately uses some kind of thread locker as it was on the threads of both barrels.
